My workshop in Newlyn is right in the think of things, surrounded by the sights and sounds of a busy working harbour.
The workshop is shared with renowned potter Lincoln Kirby Bell, whose decorative vessels are instantly recognisable for their bold colours, distinctive patterns and sense of fun.
Lucie Sivicka also uses our busy workshop; a versatile artist and maker, Lucie produces her own colourful ceramics and assists me with larger commissions.
The public can visit me in my working space to discuss commissions and make purchases from a selection of unique pieces in a variety of sizes. To be sure of finding me there it is best to pre-arrange your visit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07875 279751.
The workshop is behind Trelawney Fish & Deli and opposite the Lifeboat House.
There is plenty of parking directly opposite next to the fish market. Please note that the workshop is accessed via some steep stone steps.
Address: Unit 4 Harbour Rd, Newlyn, TR18 5HA.
Newlyn itself is a great place to visit. It has a flourishing contemporary arts scene, as well as the historic legacy of the painters of the Newlyn School. It’s a vibrant little town, with independent shops, galleries and places to eat – as well as our fabulous filmhouse.
